Season 3 Main Story - 100 Years Later

After the clash with the evil queen, Arletha is living in a peaceful era. No wars, no conflicts, they're living together with the nature. About 20 years later, a group of man from another country came to Arletha. They called themselves "The Noams", which mean "friendships". They taught Arletha people high technologies, and researches were set up to find the most efficient energy. The magic elements can be put inside a sphere, called Elemental Sphere, and use them as energy source for machinaries. For example fire elemental sphere for heaters, earth elemental sphere for fertilizer, etc. It become more comprehensive when the Thunder Element was made through research, and Ice Element discovered.


Arletha absorbed The Noams' technologies very fast because they have unlimited energy source which don't harm the nature. This caused the unlimited productions of weapons and special vehicles too. The Arletha goverment then made a rule which limited the commoners in having weapons and vehicles. The only one who permitted to have them is the SEA, Society Enforcement Authority, the goverment's employee whose job is to aid and protect the people of Arletha.



===SOCIETY ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY===

All the Original Character who take part in season 3 will have job as SEA, which is stands for Society Enforcement Authority.

SEA's job is:
1.As city's Security Guard
2.Protect the citizen
3.Investigate every case that happens in their area of jurisdiction

Every city have their own SEA which is specialized to move fast in their city. Example: Vienna SEA will have high air mobility or Minetta SEA will have high water mobility.

Although SEA always try to solve their own problem, but in several case, SEA from other cities are requested to help especially when there are other cities' citizen are involved.
